If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any issues, whether it be through replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the complaint. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to ensure that every interaction with our bakery exceeds your expectations.

We only collect personal information that is necessary to complete your orders, such as your name and contact details Your information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. All transactions are secure, and payment information is handled by trusted, encrypted payment gateways.
For safety and health please note that our bakery products are made in an environment that handles allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. If you have specific allergen concerns, please inform us prior to ordering.
ORDER INQUIRIES
At Warner Homestead Bakery, we take pride in creating fresh, handcrafted sourdough products made to order. To ensure the best quality, most orders require a minimum of 2 days from the time the order is placed to the time of delivery. This allows us the necessary time for proper fermentation and preparation of each baked good.
Once your order is ready, we will arrange a convenient meeting spot for delivery. Please note that deliveries will not be made to residential addresses. We will work with you to agree on a mutually convenient public location such as a café, park, or other neutral space for the handoff. Payment will be due upon delivery unless otherwise stated.
